This insulated slat is designed for compatible insulated rolling steel door curtain assemblies.
The insulated slat profile helps create a stronger rolling door curtain while supporting improved thermal performance and smooth door operation. It can be used for insulated curtain repair, slat replacement, or new rolling steel door construction.
The overall slat width is approximately 3″. When the slats are overlapped and assembled into a curtain, the effective slat height is approximately 2.75″ center to center. This assembled measurement is commonly used for slat count calculations.
Insulated slats are commonly used on commercial rolling steel doors, storefront security doors, service doors, and industrial rolling door systems where an insulated curtain profile is required.
