Shipping

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

Returns Policy

Most new, unopened items may be returned within 30 days of delivery. All returns require prior authorization from Rolling Steel Industries and are subject to a 40% restocking fee. Returned products must be unused, uninstalled, and in their original condition and packaging. Electronic products are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

If the return is the result of our error, such as receiving an incorrect or defective item, please contact us so we can review the issue and provide return instructions.

Approved refunds will be processed after the returned item has been received and inspected. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error by Rolling Steel Industries. Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.

To request a return, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. Do not ship any items back without prior return authorization.
